Please read the following rules carefully before booking or using our services. By entering the salon and booking a treatment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
Clients confirm that there are no medical contraindications preventing them from using massage services.
Mutual respect, discretion, and appropriate behaviour are required at all times.
Our staff do not provide sexual services. All massages are intended for relaxation purposes only.
Salon Rules
Using the services of the massage salon is deemed equivalent to the client declaring that they have no health-related contraindications to using the services offered by the salon and that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. An oral declaration is considered sufficient.
A client of the salon may be an adult person only in the case of erotic services. Minors may use only massages outside the erotic offer and solely with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The salon staff are obliged to provide reliable information regarding the nature, course, and expected effects of the massage and to perform the service in accordance with applicable standards and professional guidelines.
Both the client and the massage therapist are responsible for keeping the client’s private and valuable belongings under constant supervision. As a general rule, all valuable items should remain under the client’s direct control at all times. This obligation does not apply to outerwear and footwear; however, leaving valuables in coats, bags, or other unattended items excludes any liability of the salon and its employees.
Massage treatments are available to all clients except those with medical contraindications to massage.
The salon staff are obliged to respect the privacy of the client, and the client is equally obliged to respect the privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries of the salon staff.
In order to ensure a high standard of service, the client is required to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to prepare for the massage. The booked time is the official start time of the session. In the event of a delay caused by the client, the massage time will be shortened by the number of minutes late. The stated session duration includes preparation time before and after the massage as well as the massage itself.
The salon staff reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a massage if the client shows signs of skin conditions, infectious diseases, or any other symptoms that may pose a health or safety risk.
The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the massage if the client behaves in a way that is inappropriate for the premises, including but not limited to sexual propositions, aggression, harassment, or any disrespectful conduct.
The employees of the massage salon do not provide sexual services.
All massages offered by the salon are intended for relaxation purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation services.
The salon is not responsible for items left behind in the treatment room or elsewhere on the premises.

The following are strictly prohibited on the salon premises:
- consuming alcohol or entering the salon under the influence of alcohol,
- smoking tobacco or using similar products,
- bringing in or using steroids, narcotics, drugs, or entering the salon under their influence,
- trading, solicitation, or any unauthorised commercial activity,
- placing, leaving, or attaching advertisements or promotional materials.
Any damage to the salon’s property caused by the client’s actions or negligence shall result in full financial liability on the part of the client.
Salon equipment and devices must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with staff instructions. The salon shall not be liable for injury or harm resulting from the unauthorised use of any equipment. Removing salon equipment or furnishings from the premises is strictly prohibited.
The salon shall not be liable for any client-owned items left unattended, including their loss, damage, or misplacement.
